Month-over-month, active listings of single-family homes has remained constant from 1,608 in May 2023 to 1,600 in June 2023. Median list price has also remained constant at $450,000 for both May and June 2023.

Sales Activity Of Single-Family Homes
Year-over-year, sales of single-family homes has decreased 8% from 673 in June 2022 to 619 in June 2023. The median sale price has increased 4% from $412,990 in June 2022 to $430,000 in June 2023.
Month-over-month, sales of single-family homes has increased 1% from 612 in May 2023 to 619 in June 2023. Median sale price has remained constant from $429,995 in May 2023 to $430,000 in June 2023.
