  • Sales of single-family homes increased to 362 during the week of Oct 30, from 351 the week prior.

  • The median price of single-family homes increased to $429,950, a change of 0.2%.

  • The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions remains constant at 2.

  • The number of single-family home short-sale transactions remains constant at 1.

  • Single-family home inventory increased by 60, and now sits at 5,418 (Approximately 105 days of inventory on the market).
