  • Email campaign with color photos to all agents in Brevard, Citrus, Flagler, Hernando, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia counties

  • Reverse prospecting searches to attract prospective buyers

Print Marketing:
  • Professional signage placed in your yard

  • Direct mail postcard with property and neighborhood features mailed

  • Promotional flyer with property and neighborhood features to leave at your home and surrounding businesses and/or gathering places

Transaction Management:
  • A lock box installed on your door for buyers' agent access

  • Follow up on every showing with the buyer's agent

  • Conduct open houses of your property

  • Recommend preferred lender for pre-qualification of buyers

  • Coordinate with lender and buyer's agent to deliver loan commitment and clear to close

  • Represent you on all offers and negotiations

Jim's responsiveness, professionalism, and preparedness helped me complete this home purchase at the best price and with no issues at all.  When I needed to change closing date to accommodate work travel, it was absolutely no problem.  Jim was always on time for every viewing, inspection, and closing meeting.  Jim made sure the other players in the deal, the lender, the listing agent, and the title company were also on task.  I would highly recommend Jim to anyone who is considering getting into the market either list or purchase real estate.

Jim has been an absolute GEM!  From day one I felt confident that I needed to look no further, I had found the perfect Realtor!  Mr. Shorkey was there with me through the viewing process, giving me his professional and experienced opinion - clearly answering all my questions and quelling any concerns.  Jim worked side by side with me over a period of 4 months and within that time we went through searching for my dream home (which I found), the going into contract and then holding of my hand through what seemed like a labor of love!!!  But the best part was - he was as calm as Lake Placid.  Jim's experience and expertise provided me with the strength to keep moving forward!

We met Jim in an Open house.  He greeted us very warmly and we told him that we are casually looking the house.  He knew that we were not active home seekers but still he took time, described about house, what to see in a house and shared a small booklet for first time home buyer which he wrote himself.  Interacting with him gradually we personally found him to be a great guy who would not mislead you.  We finally decided to go with him.  He is both professional and a nice person to work with.  Now our deal is closed and we have purchased the house but my opinion did not change for him.  Thank you Jim for helping us and understanding our need.
